At ECMS, we have been providing high quality and inclusive early learning and care for Melbourne children, families and communities for more than 22 years. Our almost 70 kindergartens and childcare centres now touch the lives of 6500 children across Melbourne each week.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and knowledgable qualified Certificate III Educators at Caulfield Primary Early Childhood Centre. 

At Caulfield Primary Early Childhood Centre we recognise that starting kindergarten is a major step in a child's life. It is a rewarding, challenging and exciting year during which each child develops new skills and abilities.

As a Certificate III Educator you will:

  • Work collaboratively with your team to provide an appropriate developmental and enriching program for children which maximises opportunities for them to develop to their full potential
  • Build and maintain positive and meaningful relationships with children, families, staff and the local community
  • Be a motivated and driven Educator, who will actively contribute to the program, through detailed observations & documentation and positive behaviour guidance strategies and will provide spontaneous play-based learning experiences to extend on children's learning
  • Have a sound knowledge of and experience with implementing the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Child Safety Standard
  • Be working part-time, across one or two groups as preferred. Session days and times as follows:

Green Group (3 Year Old Group)
Monday: 8.45am - 11.45am (3 hours)
Wednesday: 8.45am - 12.45pm (4 hours)
Friday: 8.45am - 12.45pm (4 hours)
Total contact hours for Green Group: 11 hours

Red Group (4 Year Old Group)
Monday: 12.45pm - 3.45pm (3 hours)
Tuesday: 9.15am - 3.15pm (6 hours)
Thursday: 9.15am - 3.15pm (6 hours)
Total contact hours for Red Group: 15 hours

To be considered you will have:

  • A Certificate III in Early Childhood or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification
  • Experience working as a Certificate III Educator 
  • Current Working with Children’s Check and National Police Check
  • Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Certificate
