ECMS has grown in the Cardinia area and we are seeking passionate Diploma educators to join us at our services, Lang Lang Preschool, Bayles Preschool and Koo Wee Rup Preschool, Washington Drive Preschool, Lakeside children’s centre & Pakenham springs children’s centre.

We have part time, ongoing opportunities ranging between 4hrs – 6hrs per week. Our Break Covers are usually between the hours of 10.30am – 2.30pm on various days of the week. These hours allow for that work life balance you have been looking for! 

What will you do?

Partner with your team to provide an appropriate developmental and enriching program for children which maximises opportunities for them to develop to their full potential

Build trust with the families by respecting diversity and connecting to individual cultural needs. You will work in partnership with parents and encourage their involvement in the program

Contribute to a child safe environment ensuring standards are met on a daily basis 

More about you

• Have a sound knowledge of and experience with implementing the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Child Safety Standard
• A Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification
• Current Working with Children's Check
• Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Certificate
