The Marketing and Communications Team is on the search for an Enrolments Officer! This is a crucial role at ECMS as the enrolment process is the primary point of contact our families have with us. We are seeking a professional to provide exceptional customer service and support of the entire enrolment process at both our Sessional Kindergartens and Long Day Care Centres, to ensure quality and satisfaction for our families. 

In this role you will respond to enquiries, manage customer data and provide informed insights to the ECMS operations team for continuous service improvement. The key to the role's success is managing and supporting effective partnerships with providers and councils.

This is a perfect opportunity for an enrolment officer with an understanding of the customer journey and experience in a large-scale enrolment environment.    

This is a full-time, fixed-term role from August 2024 - February 2025.

What will you do? 

  • Provide exceptional customer service during enrolment period for both service leaders and families – phone, email, chat, meetings. You know the difference a great experience can make. 
  • Contribute to optimization of the enrolment system platform (currently Kidsoft) to maximise positive experience for families and team. You understand little changes can have big impacts. 
  • Liaise with local government central enrolment system staff to receive customer enrolment data and ensure that ECMS is compliant with relevant kindergarten enrolment policies. You value the people alongside you bringing different knowledge and expertise. 
  • Support of partnership management plans with local Councils to optimise and showcase enrolment opportunities with council stakeholders. You know the best work happens with the community at the centre. 
  • Enter customer data into the CRM during enquiry management and seek to minimise the number of actions a parent/family needs to take to enrol in an ECMS service. You are comfortable working with data with minimal errors.

More about you!  

  • 3+ years of enrolment experience at scale and customer service experience. 
  • Experience and confidence with enrolment, Customer Relationship Management and related systems. 
  • Understanding of customer experience and customer journeys.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on solutions.
  • Ability to support to our team in services to increase enrolment system usage and decrease troubleshooting.
  • A team player with a goal-orientated mindset.
